Help Stop Obesity with the #CalorieCutback Project

http://blog.togethercounts.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/HWCF-Infographic-Final-1.27.13.jpgDid you know that the Food Industry has cut 6.4 trillion calories from food products!!!

Sixteen of America's biggest food makers in the U.S. marketplace have done so, in less than two years!
Industries including Kraft, Nestle, General Mills, Kellogg, Campbell Soup, Coca Cola, PepsiCo and Hershey's all packed together in 2009 and started the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation.

In 2012 they pledged to collectively sell 1 trillion fewer calories then they did in 2007, and by year 2015, they hope to sell
1.5 trillion even fewer calories! This is considered a
"positive step forward" in hopes that it impacts
America's health and obesity levels in a positive light.

If we eat a balanced meal at home, and enjoy daily activities, we can achieve a healthy lifestyle! Click the photo to the right to see how we can reduce our intake by 100 calories or more, and help stop the risk of obesity.
