I
recently won an awesome little package from Chike Nutrition, with their
brand shaker bottle and four packs of their High Protein Coffee Shakes.
I can't believe each packet has the amount of caffeine of 2 espresso
shots! Because of this and my sensitivities to too much caffeine, I only
used a fourth of the pack at a time and still felt the jitters lol.
I
used the Vanilla Iced Coffee Protein Powder blended with frozen pumpkin
and it was pretty good, made for a nice breakfast. The other flavors I
received are: mocha, original, and peanut butter.
