Trying Out The Chocolate Pro-Keto Shake by Lean 180

Disclaimer: I received the following product(s) in exchange for my review. All opinions my own.

I've been enjoying the new Pro-Keto Shake by Lean 180 over the last few days! This shake is made to help boost metabolism, suppress the appetite and speed up weight loss. It contains only 100 calories and 2g of sugar per serving, while also containing 20g of Protein! This is perfect to make in the mornings, mix with your choice of milk product and ice, and you have a delicious breakfast shake!

The chocolate flavor is delicious! It's like drinking a dessert every morning. The instructions say to mix with your choice of 6oz milk product and ice, but I've found it mixes just as good with water. I like to use 8oz as I found it too sweet with only 6oz. This shake can be mixed with bananas or other delicious items to make it even better! I haven't noticed a difference in it suppressing my appetite but I'm only 3 days in so it might take time. I really enjoy drinking it though and would love to try the other flavors!

Visit skinnyjane.com for more information and purchasing the Lean 180 Pro-Keto Shake , which is available in 3 different flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, and Salted Caramel. They also have many other products to check out!

Easy DIY Weed Killer

Spring and Summer is a beautiful time of year, but it brings weeds like crazy! Our current backyard has rock landscaping, and it grows back weeds no matter how often I pull them up! I wanted to find something to help kill off the weeds a little, so I'm not having to pull them as often. After some research on natural products, I decided to make up a recipe with products I had on hand. Salt, Vinegar, Dish Soap, and Hot Water are all products that will aid in destroying weeds, and hopefully discourage them from regrowing. I only recommend doing this an in area where you do not plan on growing anything, as it could taint the soil for future growth.

In a spray bottle, I mixed half hot water, half vinegar, a heaping amount of salt, and some drizzles of dish soap. I shook the bottle until everything mixed together and dissolved, than began spraying on the weeds in my gravel. Keep in mind, this takes a lot of solution, and you have to be consistent with it until the weeds die up. You will see the solution working after a day or two, the weeds will start turning yellow and shrivel up. This will make them easier to pull out of the ground as well! Make sure you stay consistent, as it is a more natural substance so it doesn't work like chemicalized weed killers, but it is much safer for you and the environment.

You can see in my photos, the progress after one day.

Stove Top Stuffing Breaded Pork Chops

Are you looking for an easy and savory dinner using Pork Chops, without putting a ton of work into them?

I have the perfect recipe for you! It is so easy, all you need are your pork chops and a box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix, in whatever flavor you choose. I used Chicken Stuffing Mix and it came out delicious!

To make these breaded pork chops, you crunch up the stuffing mix, in its own bag. Once fully crunched, open the bag and throw in your defrosted pork chops, best to do one at a time. Shake and fully coat each chop, then lay in a cookie sheet that is either greased, or coated with some sort of sauce (I like to use foil with cooking spray or BBQ sauce, for an easier cleanup), and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until done.

Sometimes I will add a couple slices of butter around the pan, but it's not necessarily needed unless things are looking dry. I've tried it with and without and it doesn't really change the taste. Small pork chops cook fast, so keep an eye on them, not to overcook! These easy pork chops go great with a side of mashed potatoes, baked beans, and collared greens. They're so good, the whole family will love them!

Making Butterflies with Popsicle Sticks

Looking for a fun craft to do with your kids this summer? Check out this super easy and adorable Popsicle Stick Butterfly! All you need are some Googly Eyes, Pipe Cleaners, and Popsicle Sticks! Then maybe some slivers of black tape, paper or sticker to use for the antennae.

To begin, you start wrapping the pipe cleaner around the Popsicle stick to form its wings. I used 2 pipe cleaners for my wings that you see, but you could try out different options and use multiple colors. Once the wings are set to their liking, glue the googly eyes on and place on the antennae, and your cute little butterfly is done.

You can add in some extra fun by allowing your lil one to paint the butterfly body or add stickers to it. Make multiple little butterflies and plant them around a fairy garden or hang them from the trees!

Daily Goodie Box - June 2020

Disclaimer: I received the following product(s) in exchange for my review. All opinions my own.

I received some great items in the June Daily Goodie Box! Check it out below to see all the fun things I tried.

FromAustralia.com's Lanolin Oil Day Moisturizing Cream is a soft lotion made to add moisture to the skin and protect its outer layer to keep it moisturized. It is made with Australian Lanolin and Vitamin E to nourish the skin and help keep wrinkles away. This lotion has such a beautiful scent and it is soft on the skin. It rubs in well and leaves a nice feel to my skin afterward. I like that it is Paraben free and safe for dry damaged skin.

Marich Pan-crafted Chocolates in the flavor of Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels were my favorite part of this Goodie Box, because it's chocolate! These little bites were a nice treat and had the perfect amount of salt per chocolatey caramel goodness. I'm not typically a fan of salted caramel foods, because they are usually overly salty, but this mix was perfect! Made with fair trade cocoa, AA butter, and pure cane sugar, you can feel better about eating these little sweets!

DRY Soda Company makes delicious carbonated waters and the flavor I received was the Vanilla Sparkling Soda. I was quite pleased with this drink! It made me think of Root-beer or Cream Soda, but as a much healthier version. I love that this drink is made with only 4 ingredients, and that it will help curb your soda intake, when you're trying to give it up!

Built Bar protein and energy bars make great on the go fuel! I received 2 bars in the flavors Coconut Almond and Peanut Butter Protein. I really enjoyed eating the Peanut Butter bar, as it had a nice taste of chocolate and peanut butter. I can't believe these bars contain 18-20g of protein, which is great for body builders or athletes but seems like a lot at one time, so make sure you drink lots of water with it. These bar make great breakfast replacements as well, I would love to try more flavors!

Reed’s Wellness Ginger Shots are little bottles that contain 3000mg of natural Ginger to help give you a boost in the immune system and energy for your day. Ginger is a powerful super-food and can help aid your body in so many ways! I love that these bottles of Ginger are shelf stable so you can stock up and use them as you please, without them going bad right away. I was surprised at the flavor, they make me think of melted Popsicles with the added spice of Ginger. Not a horrible flavor at all! These are great to take on the daily or especially in those times you're feeling a little under the weather.

KA-POP! Ancient Grain Popped Chips come in a few different flavors but the one I received to try was the Rosemary Garlic variety. These chips had a really nice flavor and the seasoning was nice to the taste buds. Unfortunately most of my chips were crunched up in the bag, but this didn't prevent me tasting the flavor! Overall, they're great chips and I love that they're top 12 allergen free, gluten free, gmo free, and made in the U.S.A.

Movit - Energy Gummies are little gummy candies filled with Guarana, CoQ10, Folic Acid, and Protein to give you a little boost for your activities. You eat a pack or two to give you the energy needed. I'm not sure how I feel about these but the flavor was interesting. I would like the gummies to be softer, but I don't see myself having these in the future because I don't really have a need for them. They sound good for using in high end activities, but one pack didn't seem to do much.

I've enjoyed trying another batch of products and looking forward to the next! Would you like to try your in Goodie Box for free? Join the Daily Goodie Box to receive your own set of products to test!
