Ultimate Edge-Sessions with Tony Robbins

Have you ever heard of Tony Robbins?
I hadn't, before Smiley360 allowed me to review some of his work.

Tony Robbins is an American self-help author and motivational speaker who writes about subjects such as health and energy, overcoming fears, persuasive communication, and enhancing relationships.

I found listening to Tony, to be caring and inspirational. He has a lot of great points on how to live your life for the better. He puts things in a different perspective and has you follow through with short exercises so you can fully reach the bottom of it all. Here's an example of the first exercise I did:

" Write What an Extraordinary Life Would Be Like for You Today …
Write a paragraph or two to answer this question: What would your life be like if it was exactly the way you wanted it to be today? In other words, start with the ultimate
end in mind. If your life were extraordinary—life on your terms—what would that look like? How
would you change? What would you enhance? Who would you spend more time
with? What would you appreciate more? What would you do? "

These questions really make you sit and think about it. If you could change it, how would you really want your life to be? So many people end up wishing and wanting something they do not have, but how different would their life be if they were to get that something? They would most likely end up wanting more.

I like that Tony makes you really step back and look at yourself. To look at your life and make yourself progress through it all, to get to where you want to be. And as Tony puts it:    Progress=Happiness Isn't that so true? If we see ourselves progress through what we want done, we are so much happier because we see our strength pushing through!

A great listen so if you're feeling down in the dumps...check him out
