They have arch support elasticity to minimize friction and give support, as well as compressing to keep the sock secure on your foot without slippage.
I love how thick and cushioned these socks are, making them really comfortable to walk in. Plus the coloring (in the gray/purple) is adorably mixed. I would prefer the ankles to be low cut, because they get itchy, but overall these are really great socks. The insides have a lot of threads, so they do cause sock fuzz between the toes lol. After some washes, it should help decrease that. But the comfort and support these socks give is really great and perfect for those cold nights. I think they would make the perfect socks to place in your families stockings for Christmas, or just socks to enjoy for yourself.
