Tiny Bear's Bible - Book Review

Tiny Bear's Bible is an adorable children's bible written by Sally Lloyd-Jones with illustrations by Igor Oleynikov. The cover is just as soft and fuzzy as it looks, with 11 Bible stories inside, worded in poems that children can understand better. The pictures inside are colorful and fun for kids to follow along with.

Each bible verse is told in a rhyming tone, and directed as if it was talking to Tiny Bear itself. Here is a page from the book, on the story of God Promises to Rescue Noah:

"I'll keep you safe!" God promised His friend.
'My world has gone wrong and I'm starting again.'
So God sent a flood,
and they all sailed away,
And floated and floated,
for day after day!
When their boat landed safely,
They all said, "PHEW!"
And when God makes a promise,
You know that it's true!
Yes Tiny Bear,
God keeps
His promises!"

Children will love reading along with this book, and feeling the soft and fuzzy cover, from front to back. They will want the book to be kept near and have it read as a bedtime book. Tiny Bear's Bible is a great little book for young children, and would make a great addition to their Easter basket!

You can find Tiny Bear's Bible available for purchase at faithgateway.com for $15.99 although they show the cover looks different, I believe the book I received above is the one you will get.
